Operating from 2 sites, our headcount is expected to rise to around 120 by November 2005. Our core business revolves around services that are outsourced to us (debt recovery, credit control, billing management or customer services) - primarily because we are able to improve efficiencies, productivity and performance, yet introduce major cost saving benefits in the process.  We also operate a number of Consumer orientated websites that enable individual customers to benefit from some of the services we can offer such as the provision of low cost information and research services together with other business services such as customer service management, debt recovery and contact centre operations. .

Our first web site www.1stlocate.co.uk now attracts over 3 million visitors per year and our call centre handles in the region of 250,000 telephone calls per month.  We also process over 50,000 mail items per month and will trace well in excess of 100,000 people during 2006. Pre-tax profit expectations for our 2006 year end are on course for our best year yet with sales strongly up on 2005..

We continue to invest heavily in technology and employee development and now offer a variety of innovative employment terms. Our Management team is vastly experienced, drawn from senior exec positions within the Banking and Finance Industries and we expect to add further key personnel to our team in the coming months.

Our client base consists of a significant number of blue chip organisations including major Utilities, Banks, Building Societies and Law firms.

Our customer ethos is to enable the supply of low cost information and research services whether this is a one off instruction to research the history of a particular property or a 5000 case instruction to restore contact with a client's customer portfolio.

During 2006, we intend to expand the range of services on offer and support this with an extensive sustained media campaign.

What makes us different from other companies trading on the internet?

Firstly, we are a bricks and mortar company. A large share of our business is offline to an established customer base. Unlike so many other companies trading on the internet, you can use more traditional methods of contact, such as telephone. So many internet organisations trade from PO Boxes with no means of telephone contact. Our customers expect a choice of contact methods and consequently, our Call Centre employs technology suitable for large volumes of calls.
